Branch 256 is introducing the $11.11 Remembrance Contribution — a voluntary giving program created right here by your Branch and recognized by BC/Yukon Command.

This initiative is about operational stewardship — ensuring Branch 256 remains strong, open, and able to serve veterans, members, and our community year-round.

Did you know?

• Less than $9 from your annual membership fee stays at the Branch
• Poppy Funds are separate and cannot be used for Branch operations
• Only 15% of gaming funds (meat draws, 50/50s) can be used for general expenses
• It costs about $20,000 each month to operate your Legion

The $11.11 amount reflects the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, but this program does not replace the Poppy Campaign, which remains a vital and separate way we support veterans.

• Monthly – $11.11
• Quarterly – $33.33
• Biannually – $66.66
• Annually – $133.32
