Today we are proud to celebrate another incredible milestone for Royal Canadian Legion Branch 256… we have officially reached 1,400 members.

This achievement isn’t about a number. It’s about people.

It represents veterans, serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP, first responders, families, volunteers, and community members who have chosen to make Branch 256 their home.

Over the past year, we have worked hard to create a welcoming branch with great entertainment, community events, meaningful remembrance, and a place where friendships are made and everyone feels welcome. Seeing so many people choose to join us tells us we’re moving in the right direction.

To every member who has renewed, every new member who has signed up, every volunteer who has given their time, and every guest who has walked through our doors and later decided to become part of our Legion family—thank you.

You are the reason our branch continues to grow, thrive, and make a difference in our community.
